Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide when you register: full name, email address, phone number, brokerage, real-estate license number, state, designated or managing broker and primary business type. We also collect the property information, client goals and documents you submit with each review request, along with basic technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To verify that account holders are licensed real-estate professionals.
- To prepare, deliver and revise the pricing and negotiation reports you request.
- To communicate with you about submissions, billing and service updates.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Documents you upload
Uploads are stored in a private storage area. They are accessible only to you and to the OfferContour reviewers and administrators assigned to your file. You are asked to confirm at submission that you are authorized to provide each document and that unnecessary personal information has been removed. Please do not upload MLS passwords, lockbox codes, banking information or client documents unrelated to the review.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not contact your clients. We share information only with service providers who host and secure the platform on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Security
Access to submissions is restricted by account and role. Reviewers see the files assigned to them; administrators have operational access needed to manage submissions, deadlines and delivery. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you to minimize the personal information you include in uploads.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods and how to request deletion are described in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy. You may request deletion of a submission and its documents at any time.
Your choices
- You can view and update your profile information in the portal.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your submissions and documents.
- You can close your account by contacting support.
