Eligibility

OfferContour is offered only to licensed real-estate professionals. By creating an account you represent that you hold an active real-estate license, that the license and brokerage details you provide are accurate, and that your use of the service complies with your brokerage's policies and applicable state law.

Nature of the service

OfferContour provides human-reviewed pricing and negotiation decision support. Reports are analytical work products prepared for a licensed professional's internal use and client discussion. They are not appraisals, broker price opinions of record, inspections, legal opinions, tax advice or lending decisions, and they do not guarantee any negotiation, listing or sale outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only documents you are authorized to share.
• Remove personal information that is not necessary for the review.
• Never submit MLS credentials, lockbox codes, banking information or unrelated client files.
• Personally review and approve each report before relying on it or sharing any part of it.
• Exercise your own independent professional judgment in every client recommendation.

Deliverables and revisions

Reports are delivered in the portal. Revision requests are available on completed reports. Requests that require a different property or a full re-analysis may be treated as a new report; we will tell you before performing additional work.

Fees

Per-report fees, prepaid report packs and add-ons are described on the Pricing page. Service is pay-per-report; there is no subscription. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

OfferContour retains ownership of its templates, methods and platform. You receive a license to use each delivered report in your professional real-estate practice, including presenting the client-ready summary to the client for whom it was prepared. Reports may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferContour's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the report at issue. OfferContour is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost transactions or lost profits.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, submit unauthorized documents, or misrepresent licensure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
