Refund Policy

Before work begins

If you have purchased a report and analysis has not yet started, you may request a full refund or have the credit returned to your account. Contact us or cancel the submission while it is still in Submitted or Information Check status.

After work begins

Once a reviewer has begun analysis, the fee for that report is generally non-refundable because the work has been performed. If you believe the delivered report is materially incomplete or inconsistent with what is described on this site, tell us within seven days. We will first revise the report at no additional cost, and where a revision cannot resolve the issue we will refund that report's fee.

Missed turnaround

If a complete submission is not delivered within our stated turnaround and the delay was not caused by missing information, you may request a refund of that report's fee or a replacement credit.

Monthly plans

• Plans can be cancelled at any time from Billing and Account Settings.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not prorated.
• Unused credits remain usable through the end of the paid period.
• Unused credits from an expired period are not refunded as cash.

Not covered

• Disagreement with a supported analytical conclusion, range or recommendation.
• Outcomes of a negotiation, listing or transaction.
• Reports affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided at submission.

How to request a refund

Email support@offercontour.com with the report number and a short description. We respond during Pacific business hours and aim to resolve requests within five business days.
