What happens if a report has not started, is delayed, or does not meet the standard we describe.

Before work begins
If you need to cancel before work begins, email offercontour@gmail.com with your request number. We will confirm whether work has started and explain the available next step.
After work begins
Once research has begun, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the work already completed. Each review includes one clarification or minor revision within the accepted scope. Email us with your request number and concern so it can be reviewed.
Missed turnaround
If an accepted request cannot be completed, OfferContour will contact you and explain the available resolution, including any applicable refund. Delivery timing starts only after payment is confirmed and all required materials are received.
Not covered
- Disagreement with a supported analytical conclusion, range or recommendation.
- Outcomes of a negotiation, listing or transaction.
- Reports affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided at submission.
